As the Broker/Owner of Sterling Ridge Realty, Shawn holds an MBA from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University. Prior to founding Sterling Ridge Realty, Shawn enjoyed a 22 year career in the oil and gas industry holding various executive leadership positions with companies such as ExxonMobil and Technip, including the roles of Vice President of Sales and General Manager for KTI Corporation. In December of 2011, God began to position Shawn for a career change into full-time Real Estate. An avid real estate investor himself and licensed Broker with Prudential, Shawn launched Sterling Ridge Realty on March 1st, 2012, one day shy of his 45th birthday. This opportunity has given Shawn a chance to spend more time with his family and leverage his applied expertise and skills to help others with their residential and commercial Real Estate needs. Shawn is no stranger to launching companies and making them successful. He founded his first business while still attending college at Drexel University and also started and sold a restaurant while working for ExxonMobil. In 2000, he helped launch a dot com start-up in Mountain View, CA, serving as Director of Product Development and Sales. Kellie brings a strong technical background in communications and customer relations to Sterling Ridge Realty. As a former Director of Customer Relations for UPI Government Group, a Medical Software Sales company in California, she was responsible for a client base that spanned seven states maintaining client training and communication. She has had experience helping clients understand and navigate complicated contracts and transactions. Her prior real estate sales experience began after retiring as a register nurse and obtaining her real estate license in 2007. She continues her education and sales experience as she works hard to provide buyers and sellers with the most up to date information and guidance. Selling acreage, fine homes, lots and more, her corporate experience and prior real estate sales knowledge is a valuable asset.
